Subconscious: Nature of reality
Throughout history search and understanding of the nature of reality has been a constant concern subject to debate by philosophers, scientists and religions.
As Human beings, we think in many occasions of our lives about reality as something that exists, is there and cannot be changed, but recent scientific studies are opening new ways of thinking that make ourselves to rethink this issue and assert that our mind is the responsible for our reality.
Our environment, beliefs and emotions originated from experiences are creating a good part of our everyday reality. In this sense, it would be logical to think that if we want to change our reality we could start by changing any of these factors and thus to achieve a different reality. Do you think you could start changing your reality? Do you think you’d be able to change your present and future reality? Do you dare to try? If so, congratulations, you’re already starting to change your belief system, your brain just received the signal.
The brain generates different chemicals when the information received is sent to the body, this way we begin to feel in our body immediate sensations that our thoughts have created through a complex circuitry and neural networks. If we focus our mind to think repeatedly over time about something, a number of neural connections will be created and we will have “installed” and stored in our brain, a series of behaviors, habits, beliefs, etc ... Setting an example, while learning to drive our vehicle most of us had to focus all our attention on every single move because we did not have fully installed circuits required for this in our brain. Over the years once consolidated neural networks dealing with this, we drive our cars naturally without focusing all our attention because we usually think, talk and mind other things while we drive. Being aware of the role played by our mind in our daily lives is the first step to understand the importance of knowing who we are and what our reality is. All human beings have the ability to create our own reality if we receive the instructions needed and we are ready for it, everything depends on us, we cannot change some aspects of reality but how we perceive it.
If you’ve gotten this far in reading this article, you probably keep thinking that change is possible; therefore I propose to keep searching and do a simple exercise. Beginning to start off your autopilot and observe habits, beliefs, thoughts and emotions going through your daily life, after the first day you would probably realize that most of them occur repeatedly ... The good news is that modification relays on you. Are you up to it?
