Caribbean warmth. Arrecife, Punta Cana
Located within the private residential area of Arrecife and as part of the gated community of Punta Cana Resort & Club on the east coast of the Dominican Republic, was built more than eight years ago.
Perhaps, under the shadows of this tree, an Antillean icon of attractive foliage, the concept was developed along with other ten houses nearby, imitating the many branches of this living post that inhabits humid places. The prestigious Dominican architect, Antonio Segundo Imbert, designed this mansion resulting in the magnificent combination of tropical natural elements with the warmth and harmony of the Caribbean culture.
Its construction that has more than 870 meters, combines coral stone, decorative ropes copying fastenings between railing supports, polished wood-made basic staircase to access to a second level and high ceilings to allow the breeze circulates, which are the main characteristics that catch the attention at first glance. Four spacious luxury suites featuring bathrooms and two service rooms are the resting spaces. The water and its harmonious sound produced when it falls and flows down the stone walls of a central fountain, are part of the balance to induce relaxation and although, the sea is very close, the decoration with sea snails makes visitors to have a piece of beach into the house. Large dining room is connected to an outdoor terrace of the property that overlooks the golf course located at hole number 4 of Arrecife and a pool, an option for the eternal summer, that invites you to go for a dip like others from the aquatic complex do, is linked to the area running adjacent to one of the small lakes in the sports field.
Its seasonal renters have always enjoyed the peace and safety that the resort offers. Among the most frequent visitors are the golfers who have taken advantage of the duality of being just two steps far from the golf course and providing their families with the best of the environments.
